A Child First is founded on the basic belief that a child is a child first in spite of individual differences. This community-based service helps families with children up to age 12 who face challenges to normal development.

The Community Advisory Board for A Child First is comprised of individuals with knowledge and experience in the inclusion of children with special needs in community child care programs.
